Earning Rewards
Travel is even more rewarding at WorldStrides. We are proud to offer the most generous, most flexible reward programs in educational travel. New for 2027, you have two Reward Program tracks to choose from.
With both programs, you have the possibility of earning Reward Points every step of the way during your travel planning.
From the initial trip promotion and student sign-ups to traveling on additional trips or referring another teacher to WorldStrides, you earn points. These Reward Points act as a flexible currency that can be redeemed for impactful rewards including travel scholarships, school supplies, gift cards, and even additional travel for you. Points can be redeemed after your first tour or saved and carried over from year to year.
Rewards Your Way
We offer two great reward programs: Loyalty and Premium.
Loyalty Rewards delivers appreciation focused on your annual commitment. This is the starting point for most of our bus and performing groups.
Premium Rewards, our most popular program, grants access to all Loyalty Rewards as well as Big Group Bonuses and Reward Points earned for each enrollment. This is the starting point for most of our domestic air and international groups.
Exclusive to WorldStrides, program leaders may select the Reward Program that works best and both programs give you the freedom to convert any cash bonuses to points, or point bonuses to any reward that you choose. It’s your rewards, your way.
Recipe Rewards
Earn up to $250 cash, reward points, or scholarship funds for following the steps in the WorldStrides Recipe for Success.
Loyalty Bonus
Lead two or more trips with WorldStrides and we'll thank you with a generous loyalty bonus. The more you travel, the more loyalty bonuses you'll earn.
Enroll Travelers
With Premium Rewards, once you begin enrolling travelers, you'll earn points based on a simple formula:
1 point x days on tour x your enrolled travelers
Plan early, and you'll multiply your rewards!
Big Group Bonus
With Premium Rewards, the more full-paying travelers that travel with you, the bigger the Rewards. When you reach various thresholds, we'll reward your hard work with a special bonus. The more travelers you enroll, the more you'll earn!
WorldStrides Rewards
Important details to know
- Your Reward Program choice will have a default. Most domestic air and international groups will default into the Premium Rewards program. Most performing and domestic bus groups will default into the Loyalty Reward Program. In most cases, a PL may choose to modify the program with limited exceptions.
- The above Reward opportunities and newly enhanced Redemption options apply for groups traveling January 1, 2027 or later.
- Reward Points are earned per full-paying traveler based on the type of transportation of your trip, the number of days of your program (including travel), and the date of when that full-paying traveler signs up relative to your travel date.
- All Reward Points earned, including points transferred from a competitor, are redeemable after travel. If qualified, Reward Points may be redeemed early to register for one of our Teacher Convention Reward Trips.
- Reward points expire only if your account has no travel activity after three years.
- Once redeemed, Reward Points may not be used for other promotional rewards.
- You’ll be notified of your Reward balance via email. Your Reward balance is also available by emailing wsrewards@worldstrides.com. When eligible for Points Redemption, you may submit a redemption request through www.worldstridesrewards.com or by emailing wsrewards@worldstrides.com. Please provide your name, your school name, and the email address associated with your trip.
