Teacher Conventions
Our Teacher Conventions provide hard-working program leaders the opportunity to explore fabulous places with other teachers who love to travel. These incredible reward trips include roundtrip airfare, 3-4* hotel accommodations, typically 2 meals per day, and a range of activities to enjoy. Some events include a professional development opportunity as well!
To join an upcoming convention, ensure that you have accrued the required number of Rewards Points, then submit your request by clicking on the link below.

We can’t wait to host you on an exciting Teacher Convention! These events are special experiences and it’s important to us that all of our teachers have a common understanding and access to participate.
All Teacher Conventions have limited availability and may fill up well in advance of the trip dates.
Convention reservations are first come, first served, and are pending availability. Qualification is based on (1) adequate Reward Points and (2) a future tour booked (a 2027 or future tour is needed for events departing in November 2026 or later; a 2028 or future tour is needed for events departing in December 2027 or later). Once redeemed, Reward Points may not be used for other promotional rewards.
Limit one convention per year per Program Leader, and limit two adult (18+) free places per convention unless selecting a Family-Friendly event. Guest spots are only available using reward points.
While we always do our best to deliver the events as they are promoted, itineraries and dates of Teacher Conventions are subject to change.
